I’ve helped some of my current clients lose over 340 lbs collectively WITHOUT ever counting a calorie or tracking their food. Yes, some of my clients track macros because that works for THEM, but about HALF of my clients are successful in losing weight and keeping it off without ever keeping a food diary!

Eating mindfully and stopped when satisfied

Managing portions
