What is Strong with Sarah?

Strong with Sarah is an online weight loss coaching program focused on accountability, support, and non-restrictive diets. Sarah and her team of skilled, certified coaches create a personalized nutrition plan for you that will allow you to meet your weight loss goals in a safe and effective way, while still being able to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks (in moderation, of course).

Do You Offer Programs for Those with Physical Limitations?

Absolutely! If you have a knee problem, had back surgery, or need to do low-impact workouts, we will work with you to create a movement goal that will meet your needs. We will work with you to create a plan that works for your body to ensure you get the most out of coaching, even with physical limitations

How Do You Keep Me Accountable?

We know that everyone needs different forms of motivation to be successful, and that everyone responds to different ways of accountability . That’s why the Strong with Sarah program includes multiple methods to help you stay on track, including text messaging, private and group coaching calls, and an app that helps you track your progress and send quick messages to your coach in between check-ins. 

Do You Offer Different Programs?

Absolutely, we offer different levels of coaching. Whether you need more accountability, need less involvement but still want help, we have what you need. All of our programs give you access to your coach and prioritize your needs for health and weight loss. We give you the option to choose the program that works best for you.

Do I Have to Give Up My Favorite Foods in order to lose weight while working with you?

No. Our coaches are real people too, and we love pasta and ice cream just as much as we love feeling great and being proud of our bodies. We will help you create a plan that incorporates healthy and nutritious foods that also allow you to enjoy the foods you love. We will help you find the right balance between great foods and great nutrition.

Are You a Certified Coach?

Yes, Sarah of Strong with Sarah is both a certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach, in addition to receiving two bachelor's degrees from the University of Michigan. Plus, all of the coaches on Sarah’s team have either advanced degrees and/or certifications in nutrition and fitness. On top of our education , Sarah and her team of coaches are cheerleaders, detectives, and your biggest fans. We work together to keep you motivated, and healthy, and get you to a place that makes you feel healthy and fulfilled.

I’m Super Busy. Will This Program Work for Me?

We tailor our program around you and how much or little time you have. We want you to be successful and love how you feel and look, so we work with you to create a program that fits into your life and can be done from anywhere on your cell phone. You will need to have *some* time to make changes in order to reach your goals, but we understand that life is busy for many of us and won’t slow down anytime soon!

And we have a ton of experience helping people in all walks of life achieve their goals, regardless of their age.

Do you work with men or just women?

We work with both men and women, so long as you are 21+ years of age and ready to invest in your health journey!

I’ve Tried Programs Before and Haven’t Been Successful. Why Will This One Work?

Most weight loss programs are cookie cutter, meaning they ask you to conform to their plan, versus creating a customized plan that works for your life. . Many of these programs don’t work because they’re not sustainable and don’t provide real accountability. We build a plan that is customizable and works with your lifestyle to help you get results, and we support you in reaching your goal.

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

We can’t guarantee any certain amount of weight loss, but we can guarantee if you follow our suggestions and work with our coaches, you will both see results and love how you feel. On average, we are targeting our clients to lose anywhere from 0.5-2 pounds most weeks.

Do you accept health insurance?

Unfortunately we do not accept health insurance, but some of our clients have successfully paid for coaching with us by using their Health Savings (HSA) account. Please contact me to learn more and I can share more details. 

I don’t live in the United States. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! I am proud to share that we have helped clients all over the world, from the US to Canada, Europe to Australia, and even into Asia.
