At Strong with Sarah, you’ll get your very own nutrition coach the entire time you’re with us, so you never have to deal with a different coach every week. Your coach will tailor your weight-loss plan to your goals and lifestyle, and they will also be your accountability coach, supporting and guiding you towards your goals.

The Strong with Sarah team applies their years of experience and education to helping you reach your goals. All of our coachings is based on science, not fads. We strive to make a genuine connection with you and understand the challenges you face. 

We’re here to help you develop a healthier, more knowledgeable, and more active mindset when it comes to food. In fact, we’ve helped many different types of clients over the years – from lawyers to new moms to students, the Strong with Sarah Team has always been committed to striking the perfect balance between science, motivation, and compassion.

Strong with Sarah offers three different levels of online weight loss programs — Platinum, Gold, and Silver, but with all of them, you get group Zoom meetings, weekly texts, 1-on-1 coaching, and regular contact between you and your coach. The main difference between the programs is how often you interact with your personal coach. Regardless of which level you choose, our weight-loss team is committed to your success.

 
 

Victoria Burgess

Accountability Coach

As an accountability coach, Victoria helps her clients overcome barriers and celebrate successes that lead to weight loss and a healthier life!

Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance and is a certified sports nutritionist (CISSN). As a nutrition coach, she has years of experience coaching her clients to lose weight!

Aside from coaching, she is an adjunct professor in the Exercise Science department at Nova Southeastern University and teaches Exercise and Sports Nutrition at Concordia University Chicago. She is an important part of the Strong with Sarah weight-loss team.

Before she joined us as a nutrition coach, Victoria was an EMT and firefighter in South Florida for 16 years. Today, she is an avid stand-up paddleboard racer and surfer, proving her commitment to health and fitness.

She understands that your life is unique, so your nutrition plan should reflect that! One of her many talents is her empathy towards her clients and her honest desire to help them achieve their goals. 

Fun Fact about her — Victoria holds a Guinness World Record as the first and only female to stand-up paddleboard, non-stop 115 miles, from Cuba to Key West. It took her 27 hours and 48 minutes to complete!

Accountability coach

Britt Brandon

Accountability Coach

Britt started her career in the health & wellness industry 20 years ago at the age of 18, as a freshman Psych major seeking stress relief. When she started attending group fitness classes at Bally's across the street from her university, she was offered an opportunity to become a personal trainer and she jumped at the chance! 

Since then, she has advanced her career as a nutrition coach by acquiring certifications in Fitness Nutrition Specialization, Group Fitness instruction, DNA-Based Training, and Yoga instruction! 

During her career, Britt has worked with thousands of clients world-wide, partnered with Duke University, and published 22 health books with Simon & Schuster. She has also worked with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) to create their world-renowned courses certifying Personal Trainers and Certified Sports Conditioning Specialists.

As a women’s weight-loss coach, Britt considers all aspects of health and fitness to be equally important, which is why she is so good at what she does. She is also a very active person (and mom of 3!), spending a lot of time with her family and her Jack Russell pups enjoying activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking.
