Britt Brandon - ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist
Britt Brandon is a passionate, professional weight loss coach with over two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry. It began on a different note, academically-speaking, with Bachelor's degrees in both Psychology and English, which complemented her career in fitness quite well. In her freshman year of college, she picked up her certification as a Personal Trainer, and from then on, she was fascinated with nutrition and fitness.
Currently, she is certified in the following: Fitness Nutrition Specialist, DNA-Based Training, Group Fitness Instruction, and Yoga I Instruction, among others. Presently, she continues her education in pursuit of a certification as a Pilates Instructor. It is these areas of expertise that allow her to uniquely tailor her coaching to each client's particular needs and challenges on the journey toward change with true depth.
Britt likes coaching because it is an avenue to impact others' lives both physically and mentally. She is grateful for the opportunity to lead and support people through their journey of wellness. To her, every client allows her to learn about self-improvement. Britt’s coaching philosophy is based around personalized support and understanding, since every client has unique struggles and goals. She takes each case as a new adventure, allowing her clients the perspective of recognizing their strengths, conquering their challenges, and celebrating every triumph along the way.
One of the main things that Britt stresses to her clients is, "Set your sights on excellence, but give yourself grace in the process."
Britt recognizes that it takes time and effort to sustainably lose weight, but sometimes, the smallest changes add up more than you might realize. Encourage patience with one's self and flexibility in the journey towards health and self-improvement.

Britt loves teaching her kids how to feel healthy, confident, and strong!
In her free time, Britt is a triathlete who trains with her kids. Recently, her son joined her in completing his first triathlon. She is also an accomplished health and fitness author, having written 23 books on health and wellness, including one that she is writing now about optimizing health in recovery. She was able to combine her two passions: a love for fitness and a love for writing, into one.
Britt's best moments as a coach have been when clients achieved goals they never believed possible, whether that be losing over 100 pounds, losing enough weight to qualify for IVF, or completely reversing their Type 2 diabetes. Such life-changing transformations only reiterate her commitment to standing with all her clients as they push beyond their comfort zones and make their dreams a reality. Britt finds this both an honor and a privilege to share in and witness such stories.
