My team is experienced in finding lifestyle changes that work best for your unique self, and we know that becoming your accountability partners starts with getting to know you! My team and I are excited to get to know you as we become your confidantes, partners, problem-solvers, and cheerleaders who will help you find freedom with food.
After all, Strong with Sarah is not part of a “lose weight fast” fad. Instead, you will meet with coaches who are nutrition experts, personal trainers, and more. We are here to help you find the power within yourself - because you have that power!

Unlike crash and fad diets where you're on your own, the Strong with Sarah coaching program focuses on long-lasting, sustainable results made possible by our one-on-one coaching. My Freedom with Food Formula focuses on three main pillars, Accountability, Nutrition Habits, and an Empowered Mindset, which helps clients see sustained results. Plus, our coaches are there to help hold you accountable to making the changes needed to succeed!

We work with our clients to create individualized nutrition and exercise plans tailored to their unique lifestyles. We’re strong believers in still enjoying favorite foods and beverages in a way that’s healthy and sustainable for you. You’ll meet regularly with one of our coaches to go over nutrition and exercise plans, learn how to adopt a healthy food-relationship mindset, and to stay accountable while achieving our goals.

We work with individuals from all walks of life, including those with injuries and health-related issues. With almost 100 years of combined experience helping women with PCOS, injuries, thyroid imbalances, and post-menopause issues, we’re confident in helping you keep the weight off, even if you deal with health-related issues. However, coaching isn't for everyone, especially for those who are not ready to make changes for themselves. I ask all potential clients to book a complementary call with me so that I feel confident that my team and I can help you reach your goals.

Yes! We’re proud to offer convenient and flexible 100% online coaching for our clients. This means you can be anywhere in the world and still work with us to lose weight and stay motivated. We provide online workouts (if you choose), nutrition lessons, video training, text messaging with your coach, and so much more.

It’s okay! We understand that life happens, and in fact, this is a very necessary component of the program. By learning to get back on track after falling off course, you learn to build resilience and understand that losing weight or staying healthy is never a black-and-white process. It's never about being perfect, but rather, about being consistent. As your accountability coaches, we are here to support you along the way, no matter what life throws at you!
