  • Join other members at Strong with Sarah in a friendly competition to see who can take the most steps each month. The top 3 participants will win an Amazon gift card or a discount on weight loss coaching–the more reasons to walk instead of driving by car! 

  • Gain access to a variety of healthy, easy-to-make recipes each month that are both satisfying and nutritious. With plenty of delicious options available to you, planning your meals becomes a simple, 20-minute chore. Plus, all recipes I share are already entered into MyFitnessPal, so if you’re tracking macros with us, it makes it easy to log these new recipes!

  • As our most affordable option, many silver clients upgrade their coaching with us by adding on our personalized strength training program. Adjusted to your fitness level and goals, you will receive step-by-step workouts (curated specifically for you) that are best suited for your body and your goals.

Learn More About the Silver Online Nutrition Plan for Weight Loss

  • The Silver online nutrition plan is the most budget-friendly option available. You get access to many of the same perks as our gold and platinum programs but in smaller quantities. For example, you will contact your personal coach once a week but you will be able to join as many group coaching sessions (on Zoom) as you wish.

  • Yes and no. Ideally, we want you to keep up with your video trainings  and transform your lifestyle in a timely manner. However, the reality is that most of our clients are busy with personal commitments–hence, as long as you are focused on your goals and make small, consistent steps, we’re confident you will succeed.

  • Because the silver program doesn’t include any private calls, we highly encourage all silver level clients to attend at least one group coaching per month. They are optional and we will never force you to attend them, but we find the silver clients who get the best results are the ones who prioritize attending these calls when possible. On the calls, Sarah is able to give you specific advice applicable to your own journey.
