Accountability has been proven to help people reach their goals, as you can perfectly see in the weight-loss testimonials above. We are devoted to helping you achieve your goals, but keep in mind that our program works best when we work together and when you stay in communication with your coach.

So, what is this magical coaching approach that we preach? Well, you may be surprised! 

At Strong with Sarah, you can still eat your favorite foods and drink your favorite drinks from time to time and still lose weight. Love ice cream? No problem! Occasionally want that margarita at happy hour? Awesome! Our goal is to help you eat healthier most of the time while still enjoying your favorite foods on special occasions. 

The key to our program is simple: by focusing on choosing healthier foods and moving your body while feeling good, the pounds will melt off, as our weight-loss testimonials show. We’ll be right there with you until you reach your goals, and if you stick around with us after reaching your goal weight, we will teach you  how to maintain your weight loss, too!
