We believe in a team-centered approach, where we focus on shifting your mindset to build healthier nutrition habits – not just exercising and giving up your favorite foods. You can also choose from three levels of accountability in our unique online weight loss programs that are best suited to your needs, your lifestyle, your habits, and your goals. No matter where you’re at in your weight loss journey, you can count on us for the support and encouragement you need for long-term success.

You are a great fit for our program if you’re interested in learning more about sustainable weight loss and willing to work with a coach to help you along the way, no matter where you’re starting. Our online weight loss coach programs help busy women, moms, working dads, and everyone in between! Want to lose weight? Between those who want to lose weight and those who want to overcome emotional eating, our online weight loss coaching programs provide guidance when you need it. Get the support you need, and be held accountable to make your success a continued priority.
At Strong with Sarah, we believe that making an impact and feeling confident that we can help our clients is more important than just making money. This is why I don’t have a “buy now” button on our website. It’s also why we require all potential clients to apply to weight loss coaching and to have a call with me prior to signing up. On the call, I will ask some questions to learn more about your lifestyle, your challenges, and your goals. If I feel that one of our online weight loss coaches is a good fit to help you lose weight, then I will explain how coaching works. Please note, our calls are informal and fun to get to know each other, they are not high-pressured sales calls.
If I do not feel my team or I can best help you reach your goals, I will try to find additional resources to help you on your journey.

At Strong with Sarah, our coaches have advanced degrees and certifications to help men and women with various health conditions, including PCOS, thyroid imbalance, autoimmune issues, allergies, injuries, and pre/post-menopausal issues. While we don’t treat medical conditions, we can help manage the symptoms of these conditions and help you lose weight in a healthy way! Please note that we are not medical professionals, and we don’t diagnose or treat these issues. We highly recommend you continue regular visits with your healthcare providers to treat all medical conditions.

At Strong with Sarah, open and honest communication with your online weight loss coach is the KEY to your success. From text message check-ins initiated by your coach to private and group coaching calls, you are never alone on your journey with us! In addition to your coach checking in with you, we encourage you to text your coach within our coaching app anytime you need, 24/7! Please know that coaches usually respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). The clients who achieve the best results from weight loss coaching are the ones who effectively communicate with their coach!

Definitely not! We understand that restricting doesn’t work. In fact, restriction often leads to overeating. We believe in losing weight without ditching your favorite foods and drinks. Sadly you can’t eat or drink these foods all day, every day. However, ALL foods are “on plan” when you work with us! Trust us, we love ice cream and pizza, too!

At this time, we don’t accept health insurance. However, many clients are approved to pay for coaching using their HSA/FSA account. Click here to learn more!

Private, online weight loss coaching with us ranges from $139-$389 USD per month. All clients sign a 3-month contract, with coaching continuing on a month-to-month basis (that can be canceled anytime) after the initial 3-months.

Here’s What You Really Want to Know:
My signature 1:1 online weight loss coaching program, the FREEDOM WITH FOOD FORMULA, was created to help busy men and women lose weight and overcome emotional eating without ever giving up chocolate and wine (or any of your other favorite foods).
Britt, Victoria, and I don't believe in strict diets. We NEVER ask you to completely abstain from your favorite foods and beverages. I know from my own personal experience that you CAN lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying chocolate and wine, because that's what I've done for the past 16 years. Sure, you can't eat your favorite desserts with every single meal, but we will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows you to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks while still losing weight.
Have an injury or a health issue that makes you nervous to exercise or lose weight? Don't worry! My team and I have almost 100 years of combined education and experience helping clients with PCOS, injuries, thyroid imbalances, post-menopause issues, etc. to lose weight and keep it off, long-term!
Our online weight loss programs are convenient and flexible, as opposed to adding more stress to your life. You can live ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and still lose weight with our support and motivation. All workouts, nutrition lessons, video trainings, macronutrient goals, and/or habits are digital. You have the flexibility to complete your workouts, nutrition habits, and video trainings when you have time, on your own schedule.
We are committed to your SAFE, EFFECTIVE, and SUSTAINABLE weight loss. As your online weight loss coaches, we will begin by creating healthy changes that fit into the life you lead today... Whether that means you're working 80 hours a week, or you are a busy mom managing the household. As long as you're willing to put in the time, the effort, and you're open to making new changes, we will meet you at your current health and fitness level, so that we can start making progress and losing the weight together.
As your online weight loss coaches, we will be there to guide, support, & motivate you throughout every step of the journey. But I will be real with you – there will be bumps in the road. After all, this is real life, and in real life there are always challenges that come up! However, when life throws you a curve ball, we will be there to help you stay on track so that you continue to lose weight & crush your goals. You and your accountability coach are in communication with each other privately, so that you get the BEST personalized support for your unique life.
Our video trainings are a staple of our online weight loss coaching program!
We believe in celebrating your small wins along the journey! Whether that means losing the first 10 pounds or overcoming emotional eating, we will celebrate the changes that you're making! At that point, what makes us even more excited is that you'll also begin to realize there are many more benefits to leading a healthy life than the number on the scale.
