  • Those with certain medical conditions (such as a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2) where GLP-1s may not be safe

  • Anyone not under the care of a licensed healthcare provider for weight management

  • People unwilling to pair the medication with healthy, long-term habits
