Fun Fact: I don’t rely on motivation. Ever.

And neither do my clients who successfully lose weight.

Motivation is a FEELING, and I don’t make decisions based on feelings (and neither do my successful clients!)

If I *ONLY* relied on motivation, I guarantee that I NEVER EVER would’ve been able to build my own successful coaching business.

It’s taken time, but over the past 7 years I’ve learned to stop relying on motivation, and I’ve become disciplined.

When I decided to start my business, I made a promise to myself. I would show up and take action EVERY SINGLE DAY. Especially on the days I didn’t “feel like it.” Being honest, in the beginning of my business, days I “didn’t feel like it” happened more often than days I felt motivated.

Was it easy? Hell no.

Did I want to cry and give up? YES. Like every other day.

Did I allow that to stop me? NOPE.

Was building my own business worth it? 100% ABSOLUTELY!

You see, proving to myself that I COULD build my own business ESPECIALLY on the days I didn’t feel motivated was a game-changer.

Once you learn to become disciplined, you realize you are UNSTOPPABLE. You can achieve ANYTHING you want in life with discipline.

If you’re struggling to lose weight because you’re strictly relying on motivation, you’re focusing on the WRONG THING.

Instead, learn to become disciplined. Focus on the behaviors and actions that you can take every single day (regardless of how you FEEL) that lead to a healthier life.

YOU ARE WORTH IT.

Show up for YOURSELF. Nobody else will. Life is too short to waste time wishing and hoping for more motivation. You are WORTH whatever you WANT to achieve! ♥️

Do you agree with me that being disciplined is more important than being motivated?!
