From teaching at Cyclebar to running marathons, I LOVE to move my body!
Challenging myself mentally and physically FEELS amazing to me, and really proves how strong I am!

Laying on the couch and either reading or watching TV, Netflix, HBO Go, or Hulu (and YES I subscribe to all 4.)
Seriously, for as active as I am, I EQUALLY love to relax. I know from experience that my body becomes stronger and healthier through rest and relaxation. Plus, relaxing provides the necessary work-life balance I need to run a successful business.
Watching TV and reading aren’t things that I do excessively, and they both help me to decompress from my workouts AND from running my business.
Some of my FAVORITE TV/Netflix/HBO/Hulu shows right now include This is Us, A Million Little Things, Working Moms, Handmaid’s Tale, Stranger Things, Mindhunter, Ozark, and Big Little Lies.
I talk about this ALL THE TIME for nutrition - eating mostly healthy foods but still allowing yourself to occasionally indulge in less-nutritious foods.
However, it’s easy to forget that leading a balanced life in ALL areas of your life is the key to happiness and health! This includes exercise AND your work-life balance.
For as often as I’m exercising, I spend probably just as much time (if not more) relaxing!
