You can still make “mistakes” and lose weight!

Often times, we get this false idea in our minds that we must eat PERFECTLY nutritious in order to lose weight.

Or that enjoying ONE cookie or ONE piece of pizza will automatically cause us to gain 5 pounds overnight.

Here’s the real deal — Perfection does NOT exist.

The sooner you can accept that, the EASIER it will be for you create a healthy relationship with food and with your body.

At the end of the day, the ONLY thing that is important in order to lose weight is creating a CALORIE DEFICIT!

And YES, you CAN create a calorie deficit while still eating cookies and pizza as long as you make nutritious food choices most of the time.

PS — I used quotes around the word “mistake” because personally, I do NOT believe enjoying non-nutritious foods is a mistake. This mindset is something I help all of my clients overcome in my coaching program. 😉
