We live in a society where we’ve been taught to eat something the SECOND we feel a bit hungry.

And I’m calling BS on that idea.

If you’re trying to lose weight or simply create a healthier, stress-free relationship with food, you MUST learn that it’s OKAY to be hungry at times.

I need you to understand that I am NOT suggesting that you starve yourself!!! However, you DO NOT NEED to eat every time you feel the slightest bit hungry.

In my signature coaching program, the Freedom with Food Formula, I teach my clients HOW to understand and moderate hunger feelings in a healthy way.

No, I am NOT suggesting that you let yourself feel hungry to the point of HANGER before eating...

However, if it’s 4 pm and you plan to eat dinner at 5 pm or so, there is NO REASON for you to eat a snack. I promise you will be FINE if you hold off eating for one hour. In a similar way, if it's 9 pm and you're heading to bed shortly, you will be OKAY if you hold off eating until breakfast the next morning.

Learning to feel hungry can be uncomfortable at first, especially if you’re used to snacking all day long. You may feel anxious or upset while discovering hunger, but under the right circumstances, hunger can help you to lose weight & helps you develop a healthier and calmer relationship with food.

Hunger is NEEDED (at times) in order to understand how and when to properly fuel your body, as well as to help you understand the BEST portion sizes for your body and your goals.

Plus, food simply TASTES better when you’re hungry!

Check-in with yourself… Were you actually HUNGRY when you ate last? If you WERE, give yourself a pat on the back for listening to your body.
