Have you ever tried to JUSTIFY your eating with your workouts⁉️

You know what I mean… After a hard gym session, you think, “I exercised today so I DESERVE to eat a cookie.”

OR, “I can totally eat this pizza today because I worked out earlier.”

OR even worse, “I feel guilty for eating this donut so I’ll workout EXTRA hard tomorrow.”

Here’s the harsh reality:

You can spend HOURS a day exercising, but if you don’t change your eating habits, you’ll NEVER successfully lose weight while still enjoying your favorite foods.

As humans, no matter HOW hard we try we cannot out-exercise our fork.

In other words, just because we burn calories through exercise does NOT mean that we can eat whatever the heck we want and still lose weight.

Breathing through this limiting belief is one of the many things I help my clients learn. While working together, I help my clients understand that exercise is a CELEBRATION of what your body can do, not a PUNISHMENT for what you ate.

Have YOU ever struggled with this belief or mindset before?

If so, what did you do to help shift your mindset around exercise and food?
