Seriously though… I can’t stress this enough: What you do MOST of the time (80-90%) is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than what happens some of the time.

As a general guideline, I recommend eating nutritious, real foods 80-90% of the time, with non-nutritious foods and drinks sprinkled in 10-20% of the time.
But for YOUR own life?! It’s trial and error friends. You must TRY and TWEAK different levels of consistency to see what works for YOU, your BODY, your LIFE, and your GOALS.
My consistency level will probably be different than yours… And yours will be different than your best friends… and hers is different than your co-worker! And that’s BEAUTIFUL!
At the end of the day, it’s about finding the balance that works for YOU and then repeating it over and over again.
