A friendly reminder to ALL of you on a weight loss journey or a journey to health...

Reality isn’t always what it appears to be.

The images on social media that you see of women who are “extremely fit” or who have “perfect bodies” is a complete illusion, and doesn’t always represent the truth.

Never judge yourself or your progress based on someone else’s “reality” on Instagram. There are fitness celebrities and influencers on social media who are airbrushed and constantly flexing their muscles so they APPEAR flawless.

That’s NOT real life.

If you feel triggered or feel like a failure by seeing “picture perfect” bodies on social media, then UNFOLLOW those people... They are not serving you or helping you on your own journey at all.

Remember that you are strong and beautiful, no matter how your body looks. At the end of the day, what’s MOST important is how you FEEL!
