03. From Struggles to Strength

Everyone has had challenging moments in their lives, and our next success story is about a client who overcame struggles. This client’s weight fluctuated between  232 to 246 pounds after giving birth to her son when she joined Strong with Sarah.

However, trying to lose weight wasn’t the only struggle she endured in life. Our client had a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis, but the diagnosis of Obesity was a truly breaking point for her. 

She, like many other women struggling with weight loss, thought that to achieve an ideal body weight, she needed extreme restrictions in her life–gladly, the Strong with Sarah team has proven her wrong

Her accountability coach taught her how to set realistic food boundaries, stay active, and enjoy life while losing weight. As a result, the client could enjoy Starbucks, eat out with friends, and savor meals guilt-free. We provided her with tools that helped her regain confidence and take control of her habits.

At some point in her life, the client was in a serious car accident, but the strength and health she acquired through our program helped her recover more quickly. Despite not being able to exercise during recovery, the client maintained her healthy eating habits and continued losing weight—something she never believed possible.

04. From Overwhelmed to Empowered

Have you ever felt miserable at a certain age in your life? Our next client knows too well how it feels to hit a breaking point. On her 33rd birthday, our client made herself a promise to make lasting changes by the time she turned  34–and Strong with Sarah was by her side and helped that dream become a reality. 

Like many other clients, this woman lived by a mindset of all-or-nothing when it came to dieting, but we helped her understand that weight loss is not about giving up everything you love. 

Starting small, our personal weight loss coach (whom she was paired with) focused on behaviors like eating slowly. This helped the client understand that her overeating became a habit and that taking time during breakfast and dinner made a difference.

Although it wasn’t a quick fix for our client, we managed to help her establish a sustainable lifestyle while still enjoying some sweets and feeling confident in her choices

A year later, our client was 50 pounds lighter and back to the weight she was in her early 20s. But the transformation was more than physical. Our client gained confidence, became more energized, and felt genuinely happier.

05. Finding Confidence
