Many people think that it’s impossible to lose weight while drinking wine or consuming any of your favorite treats, but at Strong with Sarah, we would tell you otherwise. For effective weight loss, I have come up with a sustainable method called The Freedom with Food Formula. This method focuses on three pillars: accountability, nutrition habits, and an empowered mindset. The whole point of this system is to teach women how to lose weight while drinking wine and eating chocolate. I have taught countless women to learn how to enjoy their favorite foods in moderation while losing weight.
