6 Healthy Habits you can Begin to Implement Daily at Home

Why not now?

There is no time like the present to kick off the next step to healthier living and a healthier you!

I'm sharing my 6 healthy habits you can begin to implement daily at home to work towards a healthier YOU:

Are you ready?

1. Focus on ONLY eating when you feel true hunger. And I mean when you feel REALLY hungry… Not when you’re a little hungry. 😉 Waiting to eat for when you are actually hungry will help you stop the cycle of turning to food for anything other than hunger!

2. Manage your daily stress, emotions, and anxiety WITHOUT food or alcohol. Find healthier ways to relieve your stress and emotions., like taking deep breaths, stretching, listening to music, reading a book, crying, screaming, etc.

3. Find a way to exercise that you enjoy. Thanks to technology, there are THOUSANDS of different types of workouts at your fingertips on YouTube and more! Pick your favorite and go for it!

4. Include protein & veggies at most meals. Plan most meals around a lean protein and veggie, so that you can enjoy your fav indulgences on occasion.

5. Learn what non-nutritious foods are *WORTH* it to you. Take this time at home to be honest with yourself. What foods really ARE your favorites? Can you choose nutritious foods MOST of the week, while still enjoying foods (or drinks) that are truly worth it to you in the long run?

6. Sleep 7-9 hours each night, go to bed early and sleep in a bit! Sleep is such an important part of living a healthy life. Make a habit and set up healthy sleeping habits for yourself.

Start implementing just one first! Which of these 6 habits can you try implementing today?
