Do you struggle to balance your favorite foods with healthy foods?!

Let me guess... you either eat perfectly “clean” and constantly feel deprived and often fight cravings, OR you find that indulging in one cookie quickly leads to a full-blown binge.

NEITHER of these have to be your reality.

There are a few steps that must happen in order for you to learn to balance your favorite foods with nutritious foods so that you lose weight while enjoying your life.

First, you have to learn exactly what non- nutritious foods are worth it to you and which ones aren’t. Every single non-nutritious food is NOT your favorite. You need to be honest with yourself about what you love and what’s not worth it to YOU.

Second, you have to make healthy food options easily available. No, this doesn’t mean spending your entire Sunday meal prepping... but it DOES mean figuring out how you can eat healthy meals that fit into your life.

Third, you have to learn to say NO at times. If you ate pizza for dinner last night and your goal is to lose weight, then you need to learn to say NO to burgers and beer tonight.

That’s it, folks!

Follow these 3 steps and you’ll be able to lose weight while still enjoying your FAV foods and drinks!

Which of these 3 steps is HARDEST for you?
