Don’t get me wrong, doing some research is smart but research alone will NOT lead to results unless you start changing your behaviors.

LEARNING about how to lose weight does not help unless you start DOING what you’re learning!

1. Choose one action that will help you to become healthier, commit to doing every single day, and then DO IT.

2. Once that action becomes a habit, add in another action.

3. Then repeat again over and over until you’ve achieved your weight loss goals AND you’ve built a healthy, sustainable life.
