5 Habits of my most SUCCESSFUL clients!
When it comes to my coaching program, The Freedom with Food Formula, I pride myself in helping my clients find ways to lose weight and become healthy that are unique to that individual.
That means NO cookie-cutter programs, generalized nutrition advice, or fad diets in my neck of the woods!

I’m talking about the ones who lose 30, 40, 50+ pounds and more importantly, who gain more confidence and energy than they’ve had in years, and who learn how to keep these results for the rest of their life!

1. They plan their meals ahead of time (even loosely) and stick to what they have planned
2. They get right back on track after enjoying their favorite non-nutritious foods
3. They build most meals and snacks around protein
4. Most meals and snacks include fruits & veggies (yes that includes frozen and canned too!)
5. They don’t believe in eliminating foods or food groups. They practice moderation with “fun foods”
