Think about it… On DATE IN 5 YEARS, will it matter what you weigh today, on CURRENT DATE?
HELL NO!
It won’t matter if it takes you 10 weeks or 10 months to achieve a weight that FEELS amazing on your body.
What WILL matter is that you’ve learned the SKILLS to make healthy choices most of the time while still ENJOYING and LIVING your life!

Moving my body in a way that feels GREAT to me and makes me feel like a total badass
Socially enjoying wine and eating pizza with friends KNOWING that one indulgent night won’t cause me to gain 5 pounds
