Confessions of a STRUGGLING SNACKER!
I used to be someone who snacked all.the.time.
Often times, the snacks I chose to eat was skinny pop... Or 100 calories packs of cookies or chips… Or a candy bar… Or some cheezits… Or pretzels…
Now here’s the deal... There is nothing wrong with any of those snacks that I just mentioned! However, they aren’t the most nutritious.
