My 3-step process to begin losing fat TODAY!

First off, I need to clear the air about something — fat loss is NOT complicated NOR is it difficult.

So often, women confuse what’s actually difficult when it comes to losing weight.

The HARDEST part is NOT the actions to take… It’s being PATIENT and CONSISTENT enough to see results!

So now that you KNOW you have to be patient, here are my 3 steps you must take consistently (while being patient) to begin burning fat today!

1. Eat more REAL FOODS. Especially fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. The vast majority of us do not eat enough unprocessed, fresh foods. Really focus on eating plenty of fruits and veggies with every meal/snack, and fat loss is inevitable! Be sure to include protein with every meal to help you feeling full!

2. ONLY eat when you’re hungry. Oh man, in today’s world, SO many of us struggle with stress or emotional eating. Find healthier ways to process your emotions and deal with your stress, such as reading a book, journaling, or listening to music. Food is fuel… You only need to fuel your body when you’re truly hungry.

3. Watch your PORTIONS. Here in the US, the portion sizes we are served at restaurants are ridiculously large. Focus on your FULLNESS levels when you eat. Stop eating when you feel satisfied but BEFORE you feel stuffed. I promise that if you CONSISTENTLY practice these 3 actions and are patient, there is NO WAY that you won’t lose unwanted fat.
