It’s EASY to overeat… Especially when we feel stressed or emotional!

It happens to EVERYONE (yes that means me too!) from time-to-time.

Here’s the truth — when it happens occasionally, it will NOT cause you to gain weight, nor will it sabotage your weight loss progress… But when it happens OFTEN, that’s when it becomes a real struggle!

Check out my best 4 habits to help you STOP overeating on a regular basis:

1. Keep tempting non-so-nutritious foods OUT of the house. The key to losing weight & creating a healthy life ISN’T to give up your favorite foods, but simply making them less-convenient to mindlessly grab.
2. Set an alarm for 10-15 minutes and wait. After that, ask yourself if you are REALLY hungry enough to eat more food? Chances are, the answer will be no.
3. Plan your daily meals (that includes healthy AND non-nutritious foods) ahead of time. Planning your meals ahead of time prevents spur of the moment decisions and binges from happening.
4. Remember to FORGIVE YOURSELF. No matter HOW many times you have an accidental splurge, you can ALWAYS choose to get back on track for your next meal.

Which tip (1-4) can you begin implementing into your daily life starting TODAY?
