Seriously, I am NEVER perfect with my nutrition choices, and I NEVER want my clients to be perfect either.

I’d rather have ALL of my clients (and myself too) eat nutritiously 80-90% of the time than EVER eating perfectly at 100% nutritious. ‼️

I know what you’re thinking... Isn’t the goal of my clients to eat as nutritious as possible and then lose weight as fast as possible?!?!!

NO WAY!!!

Here’s why — while eating at 80-90% nutritious, you’re still able to ENJOY and LIVE your life. You are able to learn the skills to be healthy long-term WITHOUT being miserable and feeling deprived for never enjoying chocolate or wine (or any of your other favorites foods/drinks).

At the end of the day, you will lead a life you LOVE, even if your progress is a little bit slower.

Your social and mental healthy is JUST as important as your physical health.

Being “perfect” with your nutrition isn’t realistic or sustainable... it would feel like living in your own prison.
