Are you riding the STRUGGLE BUS when it comes to healthy meal prep?
A common problem that I hear from MANY of my clients and women trying to lose weight is not having the time, energy, or motivation to cook healthy meals.
Here’s the truth — I DO NOT enjoy cooking fancy, healthy meals. AT ALL. I’m all about eating nutritious foods, but I make it SIMPLE. I use this healthy meal planner all the time to whip up healthy meals in a short amount of time.
Here are some of my favorites:
- Chicken (with BBQ), broccoli, and quinoa
- Egg whites, pepper, mushroom, and potato scrambler
- Turkey, zucchini, and sweet potatoes
Side note: I don’t include any fat sources because many of us get enough fat from our protein sources, condiments, oils, etc. You CAN add healthy fats, but they are quite calorie-dense, so BE AWARE of the portion sizes.
