The SECRET way to finding TIME to EAT HEALTHY!

If you’re like me… I often struggle to find time to get EVERYTHING done that I need too!

Between running my business, taking care of my clients, teaching at Cyclebar, training for a marathon, AND balancing my social life, I often get overwhelmed with to-do lists.

HOW the heck do we, as busy humans living in 2020, find time to eat healthy while trying to LIVE and ENJOY our lives?!

Check out my best 5 tips to help you find time to meal prep & eat healthy:

1. Stop saying “I don’t have time.” Seriously, I can’t stress HOW important this one is. Find the time to make healthy food convenient to grab, OR invest in grocery delivery or meal delivery. Both of those options will save you time while still providing high-quality, nutritious foods.
2. Be honest with yourself about how you use your time. I challenge you to check your iPhone… HOW much time do you spend on it… Especially if you’re mindlessly scrolling social media?! Those 10 minutes you spend on Instagram could EASILY be spent buying pre-cut, ready-to-eat fruits and veggies from the store.
3. Keep healthy snacks & easy meal choices convenient. Repeat after me — I do NOT need to overcomplicate healthy meals!!! Keep apples, hard-boiled eggs, almonds, veggies & hummus, and ANY other easy-to-grab food accessible, both at home and at work.
4. Make a routine! Whether you decide to pack your breakfast and lunch the night before work, OR whether you decide to pick up a healthy salad on your way to work for lunch… Developing a routine makes it 10 times easier to be consistent.
5. Always remember you have a CHOICE! It’s JUST as easy to swing through the drive-thru as it is to pick up a rotisserie chicken and frozen veggies at the grocery store. Fast food, take out, and delivery are NOT the only ways to eat conveniently. Create and challenge yourself to find the quickest ways that YOU can eat healthy!
