This one may be hard to hear, but please hear me out!
My goal is not to shame or degrade you for enjoying a Mocha Latte. Heck, one of my personal favorite drinks is a Vanilla Latte.
It’s simply meant to bring awareness and perspective that if you’re trying to lose weight, the calories you drink are JUST as important as the calories you eat.
Basically, it's more than just simply a "coffee".
It’s EASY to forget that your morning “coffee” contains 230 calories or 360 calories respectively.
A weeks’ worth of these drinks adds up to almost an entire DAY’S worth of calories.
From that first sip of coffee in the morning to your last bite (or sip) in the evenings, EVERYTHING you eat and drink counts when it comes to successfully losing weight.
Take some time this week and pay attention to ALL of your food and drink choices. Be mindful of the “hidden” calories in your coffee, or in your salad dressings, or in your condiments.
You may learn that you’re not eating and drinking *quite* as consistently as you thought you were. 💕
