Progress is Progress in your Weight Loss Journey

Chances are, you can probably follow ANY diet or weight loss program out there and lose weight (if you follow it strictly enough).

However, how many diets actually *help* improve your relationship with food? Even better, how many of them are actually sustainable long-term?

Don’t get me wrong - as weight loss coaches, my team and I want to see the number on the scale drop. But we also care about how you’re feeling as you lose weight, and also how you’re feeling as you maintain your results long-term.

In our minds, if you’re able to feel proud because you enjoyed one piece of pizza without it leading to a self-sabotage, over-eating fest… THAT is major progress and deserves celebrating!

Another example - We LOVE when our clients are able to go out to eat with loved ones and enjoy a pizza dinner without feeling guilty for eating the pizza, while also having the confidence to know that one pizza dinner won’t sabotage your long-term weight loss progress or results.

Here’s my point - There are about 1 million ways that you can measure progress on a weight loss journey. At Strong with Sarah, the mental progress you make matters JUST AS MUCH as the amount of weight you lose.
