You feel super motivated to lose weight, so you decide to start a new fad diet. It goes GREAT and you feel AMAZING for the first 3 days…

But after a few days, you start to feel irritable because you realize you’re actually really hungry all the time…

And holy cow do you MISS enjoying carbs and desserts and wine. What you would GIVE to enjoy a warm, homemade chocolate chip cookie.

But that’s not part of your new diet, sooo a cookie is only happening in your dreams for now.

And the WORST part — After 3 days of following your new diet without ANY slip-ups, you step on the scale and you’ve GAINED 2 pounds. WTF?!?! 🤬

In that moment, you say SCREW IT, this isn’t working! And you make a run for ANY and ALL foods that were “banned” while you were dieting.

Two weeks later the motivation kicks in and this vicious cycle starts over… ♻️

Here’s the harsh reality — Repeating this cycle over and over again will get you NOWHERE when it comes to actually losing weight and becoming healthier.
