Listen up friends:

If you’re feeling hungry all the time because you’re eating 1200 calories to reach your goal weight…

Or, if you’ve eliminated all carbs to reach your goal weight…

Or if you’ve told yourself that you can NEVER enjoy pizza or dessert again because it will sabotage your weight loss efforts…

You need to ask yourself “Am I really HAPPY following this diet, and is this REALLY sustainable long-term?”

Your BEST weight should NEVER be based solely on some arbitrary number.

Instead, your best weight should involve your favorite foods (in moderation) and plenty of nutritious foods to fuel your body. Most importantly, it should involve sustainable long-term habits that feel good to YOU... And living a life you LOVE!
