Do YOU ever feel like you’re following all the RULES but you the scale just WON’T budge?!

You’re bailing on plans with family & friends because you’re not sure how to navigate your diet in social settings…

Or you’re practically starving yourself trying to eat 1200 calories or less each day…

Or you’re feeling miserable & deprived because you’ve said NO to so many treats over the past few weeks that you would do ANYTHING to enjoy a cookie and not gain weight…

Or even worse, you’re doing EVERYTHING you did the last time you lost weight but this time around, it’s not working!

Here’s the truth — MOST of my clients have felt this way prior to working together. Heck, almost ANY woman on a weight loss journey is familiar with these feelings.

Here are 3 tips to help you break through the yo-yo dieting lifestyle, so you can get REAL results:

1. Plan you’re treats ahead of time. Losing weight is NOT about depriving yourself… It’s simply about becoming more mindful in regards to WHEN you enjoy!

2. Only eat when you’re truly hungry. On a scale from 1 (not hungry at all) to 10 (I’m starving), I recommend you WAIT until you feel between a 7-8 to eat. You won’t die from hunger, I promise

3. Eat high quality foods like protein & veggies! You’ll feel full for longer (and be less hungry) AND you’ll fuel your body with the best nutrients it needs to properly function. That’s a win-win if you ask me!

Which tip (1-3) can YOU commit to implementing today?!
