I’m sharing 4 marinades that are easy and healthy to make. Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl, place chicken and marinade in a bag, let it sit in the fridge for 2-24 hours, then bake for 25-35 minutes at 450 degrees (or until chicken reaches at an internal temp of 165 degrees)
CILANTRO LIME
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime (squeezed into juice)
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Sea salt to taste
COCONUT CURRY
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp curry powder
1 lime
Sea salt to taste
JALAPENO LIME
1 lime (squeezed into juice)
1 tbsp avocado oil
1-2 jalapeños, diced

LEMON GINGER
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1 tsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp red pepper flake
