The EASIEST way to lose fat WITHOUT counting calories!
By all means, using MyFitnessPal and counting calories is a great strategy to use to lose weight… And about half of my clients do just that (except we pay more attention to macros)!
However, it is NOT the only way to successfully lose weight.
Some of my MOST successful clients who have lost 50+ pounds while working together NEVER counted a calorie.

1. Stick to ONE plate for all meals. As tempting as it is to grab seconds because it tastes SO GOOD, get into the habit of only eating one plate of food.
2. Fill 1/2 your plate with veggies, 1/4 with protein, and 1/4 with carbs.
3. Keep snacking to a minimum, and if you are hungry enough to snack, choose fruit or a lean protein.
