Any exercise that you ENJOY that you’ll do CONSISTENTLY!

If you HATE strength training and dread going to the gym to lift weights, then it’s NOT the best type of workout for YOU. Plus, if you HATE your workouts, they will feel like punishment as opposed to a celebration of your strength!

I love running and teaching at Cyclebar… Some of my clients enjoy yoga… Others love walking their dog… Others love doing barre class… And others love lifting weights!

And that’s a BEAUTIFUL thing! Because ALL of my clients are unique!

At the end of the day, what’s MOST important is that you ENJOY moving your body and that you create a LOVING relationship with exercise and your body!
