Are YOU someone who focuses on OUTCOMES or BEHAVIORS?

If you’re struggling to lose weight, chances are you *may* be focusing on the wrong thing.

Outcomes are the BIG GOALS we strive to achieve. Some common examples that my clients want to achieve include losing 40 pounds, fitting into a size 6, running a 5K, getting off blood pressure or cholesterol meds, etc.

Here’s the thing with outcomes — They are easy ways to measure progress, but we CANNOT directly control them!

On the flip, behaviors are tangible actions that we can take every day to help us ACHIEVE outcomes. Examples of behaviors include moving your body for 30 minutes daily, eating 3 servings of fruits & veggies daily, and only eating when you feel hungry.

We are 100% in control of our behaviors!

Focusing on outcomes won’t get you ANYWHERE, but focusing on BEHAVIORS will directly lead to the OUTCOMES you desire!

Stop focusing on things outside your control… And start focusing on the actions that lead to results!
