How it Works

Strong With Sarah is an online weight loss program that connects you with a member of the Strong with Sarah coaching team for guidance, support, and accountability. Our goal is to create a personalized, sustainable, and successful long-term weight loss plan that you can follow for the rest of your life. This isn’t a restrictive plan that requires you to starve yourself, skip meals, and eliminate all of the foods you love; rather, this plan is designed for you to find balance. We’ll teach you how to manage a balanced diet that includes your favorite foods alongside sources of protein, healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, and more – all while supporting you and helping you hold yourself accountable. 

Personalized, Detailed Weight Loss Plans

Through our initial discussion, we will work with you to determine a plan that suits you and your lifestyle. We’ll discuss the types of exercise you like and those that would push you to the next level (plus, those you absolutely want to avoid). We will also find out the foods you normally eat, your typical diet, and foods you should limit, and then we will provide you with a detailed plan along with a myriad of sustainable weight loss tips to help you achieve successful weight loss that you can enjoy over the long term.

Once we have an understanding of who you are, what your goals are, and how we think you can accomplish long-term weight loss success, we put together a plan to follow on a daily basis.

Nutrition Plans

Our coaches want to help you achieve lasting long-term weight loss success and as you probably know, nutrition plays a huge part of this. We use scientifically-backed nutrition plans that are individually tailored to your goals and needs. We will help you discover a new relationship with food that isn’t based on stress, cravings, or rewards. Instead, your relationship with food will become about fueling your body, feeling great, and making choices to ensure you continue to feel that way. Plus, we understand this is real life, and that you must be able to indulge from time to time and enjoy the drinks you love and the foods you crave, within reason. As we develop a new mindset toward food through our sustainable weight loss tips, making these choices will become easier and done without too much thought.

Mindset Training

The ability to achieve weight loss success that is long term is very dependent upon your mindset. Our coaches will work with you to discover your health and weight loss goals and help you feel empowered to achieve them. With your coach’s support and guidance, you will be focused on processing stress in a healthy way, creating healthy eating habits, fueling yourself for great workouts, and finding success that is long-lasting.

Our Weight Loss Plans

All of our weight loss plans are 100% remote so you can access your coach and make progress from anywhere at any time. If you have a stressful job, your coaching may include more focus on mindset training. On the other hand, we may offer sustainable weight loss tips which will help you choose healthier and better foods. With your own individualized needs in mind, Strong With Sarah offers the following weight loss plans so you can choose the one that will lead to long-term weight loss success:

  • Silver - includes private coaching, 1 weekly text check-in with your coach, several group coaching calls each month, video trainings and homework assignments, plus the EverFit app

  • Gold - everything in the Silver plan plus a private 30-minute coaching call every month and more text check-ins 

  • Platinum - includes everything in the Gold plan with more private coaching calls and more text check-ins

Customized Strength-Training Workouts

At Strong with Sarah, we also offer customized workout plans (as an addition to coaching) that are specifically tailored for your long-term weight loss success. These plans include video and written exercise plans to build muscle, decrease fat, and help you achieve your goals. Every plan, regardless of what you choose, is personalized to you and your needs. Plus, plans are fluid and our coaches will change them as you progress to keep you motivated and loving the way you look (and feel).
