4 Ways to Have a Healthier Relationship With Your Body

When it comes to losing weight and creating a healthy life, your mindset is JUST as important as the number on the scale… Probably MORE important!

Hear me out here...

Because while weight loss is temporary, your relationship with food and your body is FOREVER!

Check out my best 4 tips to creating a healthier mindset with food, your body, and the scale:

1. Stop the hate - STOP trying to lose weight because you hate your body right now. Instead, focusing on loving yourself so much that you are choosing to create a healthier life and body.

2. Stop being hard on yourself - STOP being too hard on yourself when you "make a mistake.” Nobody is perfect. You WILL struggle at times even when you’ve been practicing healthy eating habits for years. It happens to me! Instead of punishing yourself, LEARN from your mistakes and come up with a game plan for the future.

3. Eat more nutritious - START eating nutritious foods because you want to become the best version of yourself. Putting weight loss on the back burner for a minute: the healthier you eat, the healthier you will BE. The more nutrients you give yourself, the stronger your bones, muscles, immune system, etc. will be.

4. Start learning - START learning from your behaviors and trying to improve them consistently. Learn from your struggles AND from your wins. Start to notice what works well for you to lead a healthy life, and what doesn’t work well for you to lead a healthy life.

In 10 years, the number on the scale will NOT matter. What will matter is that you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, and that you have complete freedom with your food choices.
