How To Prioritize Your Weight Loss Goals

TIME can unlock your weight loss goals or set you back from achieving them, you decide!

We are all BUSY, But, this is NOT an excuse to not have time to lose weight!

You have 24 hours in a day to spend our time, let's spend them wisely.

Here are my 4 best tips to help you make more time for your health, and achieve your weight loss goals!

1. Ditch the black-and-white mentality. Stop focusing on hitting your nutrition and workouts perfectly. Because you’re busy, choose ONE small healthy action that you can do today, and make it a priority.

2. Be honest with yourself and your priorities/goals. Like I mentioned earlier, we all have the same 24 hours a day, and YOU choose how you spend your time. Your job doesn’t choose that. Your family doesn’t choose that. YOU do. What ARE the most important goals to you? If it’s weight loss, then you need to MAKE time for the actions that lead to that goal. Prioritize what’s MOST important to you.

3. Schedule in time for the actions that lead to weight loss. Yes I mean actually grab your calendar and block off time where you can exercise, plan meals, grocery shop, etc. You’d never skip a meeting at work with someone else, so why would you skip a meeting with yourself that’s FOR your goals?

4. Pay attention to how much time you spend on “time-wasters.” How long do you *really* spend scrolling Instagram or Facebook every day? Even if it’s only 2 minutes every hour during 12 hours, that’s an extra 24 minutes you could’ve spent on a workout, or cooking a healthy dinner, etc. MOST people don’t realize how much time you waste mindlessly scrolling social media or doing other not-so-important tasks.

How are you prioritizing your health in your busy day?
