Feeling FRUSTRATED is one of the worst ways to feel.

Especially when it comes to your feelings about your own body and health.

You’re consistently eating healthy foods and the scale just isn’t budging...

Your favorite pair of jeans fits too tight for comfort, and you find yourself hiding behind baggy sweaters...

You feel hungry more often than not by cutting calories and you’re still not seeing results...

You’re spending hours (and dollars) at the gym but can’t seem to shed any fat...

And those frustrated feelings creep in and you start to think — “what’s wrong with me?!”

Listen up friends — NOTHING is wrong with you!!!!

It’s NORMAL to feel frustrated on your weight loss journey.

Here’s my best 2 pieces of advice to those feeling frustrated by lack of results:

1. Stop putting a timeline on your results. Who cares if it takes 5 weeks or 5 months or 5 years to achieve your goal weight. Remember what‘s MOST important — Creating the healthy habits to sustain your weight loss forever! THAT is true food freedom!

2. Focus on the facts, and be honest with yourself about what’s really going on. If you’re doing the exact same thing consistently for weeks at a time and you’re not seeing any results, commit to making 1 small change at a time until you START seeing results.

Have YOU ever felt frustrated on your own weight loss journey? Any tips or suggestions that you would recommend to others who feel frustrated?
