By far, there is one common denominator among ALL of my clients who are successful with weight loss.

Instead, they focus on daily ROUTINE. Given your busy, unique life, what are simple choices that YOU can make every single day that lead to a healthier life overall?

Here are the EASIEST 3-steps you can choose to create a routine in your own life:

1. SLEEP — Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Go to bed and wake up at similar times each day. Make this a priority!
2. EAT SIMILAR MEALS AT SIMILAR TIMES — You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every single day. Find some staple meal and snack options that are in alignment with your body and your goals, and eat them multiple times a week.
3. CREATE A DAILY ACTIVITY GOAL — I’m talking about something OUTSIDE of exercise! Choose to do yoga for 10 minutes, or aim for 10k steps every day. Commit to moving your body every single day, no excuses.

Take a look at your daily routine and figure out HOW you can implement these 3 steps into your life… Not the other way around!
