I love ice cream.

I’ll be honest, it’s not my favorite dessert in the wintertime, but give me any weather above 65°, and ice cream is my JAM!

Do I eat ice cream every single day when the temperature rises above 65? No, of course not!

I wait until the days where I truly WANT ice cream, and I wait for the GOOD ice cream.

I’m talking about the homemade, creamy, made from the local farmers ice cream...

NOT the ice cream that’s been sitting in the grocery store freezer section for months and likely has freezer burn.

Here’s my takeaway friends: You can have your ice cream (or any other fav food) AND lose weight.

It all comes down to learning what foods are truly worth it to you, learning to eat them LESS frequently, and learning how to eat more nutritious foods!
