EASY Meals that promote FAT Loss!

Repeat after me: You DO NOT need to cook elaborate, healthy meals or spend hours meal prepping in order to lose weight!!!

Seriously — So many of my clients are surprised when they learn how simple eating healthy actually is!

Check out 5 of my favorite SIMPLE healthy meals that make weight loss easy:

1. Egg Scramble — Scramble 2 eggs and 2 egg whites, and add in any veggies you like!
2. Salad — Add any meat/fish/tofu to a bed of lettuce. Top with your favorite veggies and a vinaigrette-based dressing
3. Stir Fry — Choose a lean protein and sauté it with peppers & onions. Mix with your favorite stir fry sauce
4. Smoothie — Add 1-2 scoops of protein powder to your blender with tons of fruits, veggies, a splash of milk or almond milk, and ice. Blend and enjoy!
5. Chili — Cook lean ground meat or tofu, add in beans and veggies, and mix together with tomato sauce
