How many times have you “fallen off the bandwagon” when eating healthy or losing weight?

Here’s the truth—It doesn’t matter HOW many times you stumble on your journey.

Seriously… ALL that matters is that you pick yourself back up, LEARN from your falls, and continue to make progress.

I was reminded of this lesson during my winter vacation to Utah.  Brad and I were skiing at Snowbird and Snowbasin, and we got SLAMMED with a blizzard overnight… I’m talking 15 inches of fresh snow!

I’ve NEVER skied that much powder in my life.  Can you guess what happened? ⁣

I spent half the morning on my butt as I made my way down the mountain, but guess what… I LEARNED from each fall. ⁣

By the end of the day, I was able to ENJOY skiing the powder, and had a super fun day! ⁣

It would’ve been EASY for me to give up after falling the first time… To tell myself that I suck at skiing powder, and to just spend the rest of the day feeling miserable about myself inside of the ski lodge.  The HARDER choice was to continue practicing, even though I struggled. ⁣

But where would that get me?! ⁣

In the Freedom with Food Formula, I teach my clients how to LEARN from their setbacks, instead of giving up on themselves... So they can continue losing weight and creating a healthy life, no matter HOW many times they stumble.

Do you have any tips that help you make a comeback after a setback?  Share one below!
