Your Emotional Eating Coach for Real, Lasting Weight Loss
Emotional eating isn’t a willpower problem. It's a pattern that can change.
I'm Sarah, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach.
I work 1:1 with women and men who are tired of the restrict-binge cycle and ready to build a healthier relationship with food that actually fits their real life.
Does This Sound Like You?
You know why you’re eating, and that it’s not hunger. It's stress, boredom, exhaustion, or just the end of a hard day. But knowing that doesn't make it stop.
Different diets, tracking calories, and even having willpower conversations with yourself only got you so far? What you actually need isn't another meal plan. It's someone who understands what's really driving your eating, and who can help you build something that doesn't fall apart the moment life gets hard.
That's exactly what I do.
As a certified nutrition coach, health coach, and personal trainer, I combine nutrition coaching and real human support to help you heal emotional eating and create a balanced lifestyle.
What Makes Me Different as a Weight Loss Coach?
A lot of coaches will tell you what to eat. I help you understand why you eat the way you do, and then we build habits around that.
I'm not a therapist, and I won't pretend to be. But I'm also not a standard nutrition coach who hands you a food list and calls it a day.
I sit right in between: using evidence-based behavior change tools alongside personalized nutrition guidance to help you create real, lasting results.
What Makes This Different
- I've been where you are. I gained weight in college, tried to exercise my way out of it (it didn't work), and eventually lost the weight by building small, sustainable habits. That experience is baked into everything I do with clients.
- I focus on the pattern, not just the plate. I look at when you eat emotionally, what triggers it, and what needs to change in your life around food — not just your meals.
- I keep it non-restrictive. My approach shares a lot of values with intuitive eating coaching based on building a healthier relationship with food and ending the guilt cycle with a weight-loss focus.
- I bring serious credentials. I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach, and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, along with a degree in Psychology. I know the science. I also know how to translate it into something that actually works in your actual life.
The Accountability Coaching That Actually Keeps You on Track
Here's the gap most programs miss: they tell you what to do, then leave you completely alone to do it. That's not coaching. That's information.
Real accountability coaching means someone is genuinely in your corner, not an app sending you a push notification, and not a Facebook group where updates disappear into the scroll. When you work with me, you have someone who knows your specific triggers, your specific patterns, and your specific life.
When Tuesday is hard, or you’re about to make a choice you’ll regret tomorrow, I’m there before it happens, not after. Consistent accountability helps close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
Why Apps and Meal Plans Don’t Work for Emotional Eaters
Generic diet programs are built for people whose eating is driven by hunger. Yours isn't, and that's not a flaw; it's just a different problem that needs a different solution.
The reason you've struggled with other programs isn't that you're bad at following them. It's that they weren't built for the problem you actually have…. Or they didn’t provide the type of real-life accountability that you need to be successful!
What 1:1 Emotional Coaching Includes
When we work together, every client gets a fully personalized experience, no matter the plan you choose. That said, here's what you can expect:
Weekly voice/text check-ins: Not a scripted call, a real conversation with me about what came up that week, what worked, and what to focus on next.
Unlimited messaging support: So you have somewhere to turn in the hard moments, not just after the fact.
Custom action plans: Built around your life, not a template.
Nutrition guidance without restriction: Practical, sustainable eating habits that don't require you to give up the things you love.
Emotional eating strategies: Tools for recognizing your triggers and responding differently, built specifically for you.
A judgment-free space: To be honest about what's actually going on, without shame or guilt.
Who Gets the Best Results from My Program?
Busy, high-achieving people who are used to holding everything together for everyone else.
People who put themselves last, even when they know they need support.
People who have tried the diets and already know what they’re “supposed” to eat.
People who know information isn’t the problem, but still struggle to change their eating patterns.
What they need is a way to make the change, with personalized accountability coaching that meets them where they are.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
An emotional eating coach helps you identify the triggers and patterns behind eating when you're not physically hungry, then builds practical strategies to change them.
My approach combines nutrition, behavior change, psychology, and accountability. I'm not a dietitian or therapist, so I don't provide clinical treatments or strict meal plans. If you're dealing with a diagnosed eating disorder, you'll need support from an appropriate licensed professional.
-
There’s a lot of overlap between emotional eating coaching and intuitive eating coaching. Both can help you move away from restriction, food guilt, and rigid diet rules.
My approach also considers weight-loss goals. We work on building a healthier relationship with food while developing sustainable habits that support your health and goals.
-
Accountability coaching means you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
We talk about what was difficult, what worked, and where you got stuck. You'll also have access to me between sessions through text messages and voice messages, so you can get support when challenges actually happen, not a week later.
Your coaching is personalized around your triggers, habits, lifestyle, and goals.

No, my approach doesn't necessarily rely on calorie tracking or rigid meal plans. Some clients DO track their calories and macros and have wild success doing that, but not everyone. Some clients are very successful focusing on sustainable eating habits and the behaviors behind emotional eating. For many people, adding more food rules can reinforce the restrict-and-binge cycle. The goal is to build habits that fit your real life, without making food another source of stress.
-
Many clients notice changes in their eating patterns and mindset within the first few weeks. Sustainable weight loss typically takes longer, often developing over three to six months of consistent work.
The goal isn't a quick fix. It's to build habits and strategies you can actually maintain after coaching ends.

For many clients, online coaching offers more consistent (and convenient) support than traditional in-person sessions. You can connect with me through voice messages, text, and video calls without waiting for your next appointment.
It also makes coaching more flexible and accessible, especially when you need support during a difficult moment rather than days later.
