The Two BIGGEST things that sets my coaching apart from every other “diet” out there!

I’m gonna cut right to the chase here, so here we go:

1. Every diet out there under the sun expects YOU to transform to the “rules” of the diet. You’re expected to count points, or eat 5 meal replacement bars a day, or eliminate all carbs and desserts. That’s a little too cookie-cutter for my liking, and that’s why so many people FAIL on diets.



For sustainable results, the opposite should be true. I help each client learn how to lead a healthy life that’s unique and individual to his or her own circumstances so that you lose weight and keep it off long-term. 


2. Accountability! I personally check in with all of my clients individually throughout the week. We’re talking about what’s going well in terms of nutrition/movement, as well as challenges and struggles that may present themselves. 



We work together as a TEAM, so my clients achieve results as quickly and as safely as possible. NO other diet out there provides the level of support and accountability that I give my clients.
