In addition to these, your online weight loss program offers a great perk that you can add to your plan — customized strength-training workouts that come with both written and video exercise descriptions so that you can easily understand exactly what you’re doing. 

 Our plans are also 100% remote, so you can live anywhere and take advantage of them. Between your personal accountability coach and our Freedom with Food formula trainings, the only way this plan will not work is if you forget to do your part. We are also not into fad diets or the current trends. Everything we recommend is backed by science and proven to work, so you can feel safe using our methods.

We also know that you may be a little nervous about trying yet another weight loss plan, especially if your weight loss efforts in the past have failed, but keep in mind that our online weight loss program is unique and different. We will meet you where you’re at with your current nutrition and fitness levels and help you change your habits, which is just what you need to get healthy again.

  • At Strong with Sarah, you are more than just a number to us. We believe your life, your preferences, and your goals are unique to YOU! That’s why our online weight loss programs emphasize sustained results without eliminating your favorite foods and are personalized to meet your needs. A nutrition plan for weight loss with us focuses on including nutrient-dense foods that are lower in calories most of the time, but still allows high-calorie, indulgent food you absolutely love (like pizza, chocolate, and wine). Unlike many other weight loss programs out there, we also provide accountability to help you follow through with the plan we create together. From celebrating successes to discussing challenges and roadblocks, we are there for you every step of the journey.

  • We understand that your needs for success vary from everyone else that we work with. This is why we offer three different levels of accountability.

    Our Platinum plan provides the most level of accountability and support. It includes 1-on-1 online nutrition coaching, two 30-minute private calls with your coach each month, three weekly text check-ins, and the option to attend one-hour group coaching calls. The Gold plan also provides your own private nutrition and fitness coach offering the same support but only includes one 30-minute private call per month. With the Silver plan, you have access to your virtual nutrition coach, one weekly text check-in with your coach, and the option to attend all one-hour group coaching calls.

    Whether you are someone who needs a bit more support and accountability, or you are someone who has a solid nutrition foundation who needs just a bit of extra support and motivation, you can find an online weight loss program that suits your needs, personality, and lifestyle.

  • Yes, we offer customized strength-training workouts as an optional add-on to any program. These weight loss workouts are tailored to four things: your body, your goals, how often you want to exercise, and the equipment you have available. They also come with written and video exercise descriptions to ensure you understand and perform each exercise correctly. Our coach Victoria, who has a PhD in Health and Human Performance, curates all workouts specifically to your body and your goals!

  • Our weight loss programs are 100% remote, making them convenient for everyone who is on-the-go! You can participate from anywhere ― at home or while traveling! Join in and view coaching lessons, join group meetings, and even text your coach, all from our coaching app. I am proud to share that our online weight loss program currently supports clients in multiple countries across 6 of the continents!

  • Absolutely. We prioritize evidence-based practices in all of our coaching, from nutrition to mindset to exercise. Our nutrition plan for weight loss is always supported by the most current research. Sarah and her entire team of coaches all have either advanced degrees and/or multiple nutrition and fitness certifications that must be renewed every two years. We believe in staying up-to-date with the current research surrounding nutrition, weight loss, mindset, and exercise.

  • You know yourself best. Choosing the right tier depends on r your needs, your preferences, your goals, and where you’re currently at in your health and fitness journey.

    Here are some questions to consider when choosing your level of coaching: How much support do you really need to be successful? How long have you been trying to lose weight? The longer it’s been, the more support you may need. How much are you able to invest in your body and health? Think about these questions and choose the plan that aligns with your answers. Also, please note that you can change levels of coaching at any time during our work together, even in the first 3 months.
