Here's what you really want to know:

  • My signature private 1:1 weight loss coaching program, the FREEDOM WITH FOOD FORMULA, was created to help busy women lose weight & beat emotional eating without ever giving up chocolate and wine (or any of your other favorite foods).
  • As your online weight loss coaches, we don't believe in strict diets. We NEVER ask you to completely abstain from your favorite foods and beverages. I know from my own personal experience that you CAN lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying chocolate and wine, because that's what I've done for the past 13 years. Sure, you can't eat your favorite desserts with every single meal, but we will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows you to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks while still losing weight.

  • Have an injury or a health issue that makes you nervous to exercise or lose weight? Don't worry! My team and I have almost 100 years of combined experience helping women with PCOS, injuries, thyroid imbalances, post-menopause issues, etc. to lose weight and keep it off, long-term! As your online weight loss coaches, we consider this a very important task.
  • My weight loss programs are convenient and flexible, as opposed to adding more stress to your life. They are 100% online, which means that you can live ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and still lose weight with our support and motivation. All workouts, nutrition lessons, video trainings, macronutrient goals, and/or habits are digital. You have the flexibility to complete your workouts and nutrition habits when you have time, on your own schedule.
  • We are committed to your SAFE, EFFECTIVE, and SUSTAINABLE weight loss. As your online weight loss coaches, we will begin by creating nutrition, movement, and mindset habits that fit into the life you lead today… Whether that means you’re working 80 hours a week, or you have a few kids at home. As long as you’re willing to put in the time, the effort and to make new changes, we will meet you at your current health and fitness level, so that we can start making progress and losing the weight together.
  • We don’t believe in following the hottest fads or trends. The habits or the nutrients that I help my clients to create and track are backed by science and proven by real people.
  • Through your own private accountability coach, we will be there to guide, support, and motivate you throughout every step of the journey. But I will be real with you – there will be bumps in the road.. After all, this is real life, and in real life there are always struggles that come up! However, when those bumps happen, we will help you stay on track so that you continue to lose weight and crush your goals. You and your accountability coach are in communication with each other privately, so that you get the BEST support for your unique life.
  • When you lose your first 10 pounds, we will celebrate! At that point, what makes us even more excited is that you'll also begin to realize there are many more benefits to leading a healthy life than the number on the scale.

  • We believe that your program and your habits should be unique to YOU. You deserve better than the cookie-cutter weight loss programs out there! A good online weight loss coach will always customize healthy habits OR calorie and macronutrient goals specifically to your body and your goals.

Over the past 10 years, my team and I have helped more than 500 men and women permanently lose weight by incorporating healthier nutrition habits and mindset coaching into their lives.

Here's How My Weight Loss Coaching Programs Work:

Get Onboarded!

Once we decide we're a good fit to work together, as your online weight loss coach, I will add you to our coaching app and email you the first training video about either tracking calories/macros or creating healthy habits.

Set up Tracking

We will work together to either track your nutrition in MyFitnessPal OR create small habit changes that lead to massive results. Current research suggests that focusing on ONE habit at a time leads to success over 85% of the time. If you focus on habit change, you’ll add photos or a text description of everything you eat. That way, we (as your coaches) see everything you eat and drink, regardless of whether you’re tracking it in MyFitnessPal or changing your habits.

Get Partnered Up

I get it... Accountability is HUGE for all of us! Plus, struggles AND celebrations happen on random days throughout our journey together. That's why you will be matched with your own private accountability coach/online weight loss coach (with one of my teammates). We offer 3 different levels of coaching, depending on how much accountability or how many touch points you feel that you need to be successful. With all of our plans, we provide custom, 1:1 text message check-ins within the Strong with Sarah smartphone coaching app, so you feel supported and motivated the entire time. We will help hold you accountable when life throws you a curveball, and will celebrate every win along your journey. In the app, we also assign you daily tasks and keep track of your progress, so that we can measure how consistently you’re taking action towards your goals.

Connect with Your Coach

All clients attend either group weight loss coaching calls and/or private 1:1 coaching calls (depending on the level of accountability you choose). Private 30-minute coaching calls are offered once or twice a month for our gold and platinum clients respectively. On these calls, we will discuss your weekly habits, and more importantly, your roadblocks, so that we are progressing towards your weight loss goals together as a team. By discussing your roadblocks, you and your online weight loss coach can work together to find ways to push through your setbacks. One-hour group coaching calls are offered numerous times each month for all of our clients. We find it motivating and inspiring to talk and share ideas with other people who are on similar weight loss journeys. You can also ask questions and receive suggestions and feedback directly from me and other clients on the group coaching calls.

Get Analytical

We’ll focus on your specific nutritional choices (whether that be through tracking calories or by tracking using a photo food journal), AND we will focus on changing your mindset… Which means we’ll learn about your current relationship with food and exercise. With different video training and "homework" activities, we will focus on creating lifestyle changes to lose weight and keep it off. If you struggle with emotional or stress eating, you’ll work with your online weight loss coach to completely overhaul that habit.

Customize Your Plan

It probably comes as no surprise that movement and exercise are important for weight loss AND for leading a healthy life! If you struggle with knowing what to do at the gym, or if you hate the idea of going to the gym, we offer (as an add-on service) customized strength workouts that are 100% catered to your body, your goals, and the workout equipment that you have available. If you don’t have access to any strength training equipment, that’s okay! Your program can be written with bodyweight-only exercises.

Strong with Sarah’s weight loss coaching packages vary in price depending on the level of accountability you feel you need to be most successful. We take your financial situation into consideration, and we try our best to work with you on a payment structure that fits your budget, your needs, and your preferences. 

Industry standards for private health coaching with certified nutrition coaches range from $150-$400 USD per month. I’m happy to share that our hands-on, customized weight loss programs fall in line with industry standards for pricing (with our silver weight loss program being less than that!)
